The 6550 Svetlana lamp is a pentode with an oxide indirect filament cathode, with an octal base, designed to amplify low frequency power in the output stages of an amplifier. Among the improvements of the new version of the lamp are new cathode materials, a new three-plate anode. In sound, the Svetlana series is characterized by a warm, dense sound in the middle, transparent not bright tops
